It's been roughly ten yrs since I saw it, but I still think of my sighting when my mind wonders from time to time. I was in Williamsburg, VA, and it hovered right in front of me for a good 30 secs. It was very large for a hummingbird, bigger than a house sparrow but smaller than a robin, it was light blue and had a light grey/white chest, not certain but I believe it had a black beak.

I've searched to try to ID it in the past to no avail, and even my high school Field Bio teacher thought I was crazy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
