Identification help

Sorry, but I don't know how to embed an image file in the message, so the link above will get you to the picture. I'm wondering if anyone can help me ID this bird. I have seen red-bellied woodpeckers in the area, but they have black markings on their backs, and it doesn't really look like any of the woodpeckers in the guide that have brown. Perhaps it is an immature bird or not a woodpecker at all.

I should have mentioned that I live in northeast Texas, about 100 miles east of Dallas.
