Unable to change settings

I am a new and novice member. When trying to change the settings of my profile, after altering the entries country, state, city and Zip and clicking the "Save" button, the result is unchanged. How do I alter the settings?

I have had the same problem.

The only information retained is my username.

I have the same kproblem, so far not impressed with my $40.00 purchase

I have also tried to change my setting in the profile but it didn't happened i think there is no way to do this the only way is to make anther account
