Syncing

Is there a way to sync Life Lists & My Sightings from Audubon Guides website with an eBird account which have the same lists? Or must I list all my sightings twice, once in eBird & once in Audubon Guides?

That is one of our goals going forward to add a tool that will enable you to do just that. We'll keep you updated as to our progress in that area.

According to the App help :

Account - Manage your username and password here. These will be the same credentials you use to access Audubon Guides online. Once enabled you can synchronize your accounts (Pictures, Sightings and Life Lists) with your online profile, making updates easy. If you don’t have an account online one will automatically be created when you register on your iPhone.

Synchronization – This feature synchronizes the content of your life lists, albums, and sightings with your online account. This makes keeping up to date easy and removes the hassle associated with moving personal files between computers. Synchronization also checks the web for updates to species information and community sightings.

However, the syncing of Life Lists and Sightings does not work for me. I have several lists on my iPod and none of them ever appear in my account on the web site.

What is wrong ??
